Our effective document management engine is needed to store parcel documentation and it is crucial to enhance organization quality, ensuring regulatory compliance and meeting business requirements. The engine has 2 main objectives:

• Document storage: archive customers’ parcel documentation and link them with customs brokers. Customs brokers should only have access to customs clearance-related data provided by our system.
• OCR: these documents could be scanned by an OCR feature (Optical Character Recognition) to populate customers’ parcel content data, based on the provided paper documents.

Archived documents shall be encrypted and remain available as long as they are stored according to data controller instructions. Documents such as CN23 or commercial invoices would be submitted by customers while preparing their shipments.
